Capitec and SA Home Loans
Capitec's home loan page says the product is brought to you by SA Home Loans, and that SA Home Loans, not Capitec, assesses and approves applications. Capitec has said it plans to fund home loans itself, but on 11 October 2026 its page still described the SA Home Loans arrangement, so that's what we show.
SA Home Loans lends up to 100% over 20 or 30 years. See SA Home Loans.
